The Sixth Circuit does not allow cameras in the courtroom. Additionally, media are not allowed to use electronic devices (including laptops and tablet computers) to take photographs or record video or audio of any proceedings. Members of the media can access audio files of completed oral arguments on the Sixth Circuit website.
