The Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit does not allow cameras in the courtroom. Members of the media and the public can listen to oral argument audio livestreams during the scheduled argument. Additionally, members of the media and the public can access audio recordings of all arguments on the Federal Circuit website after the conclusion of each day’s arguments.
